Ang’ata Tarangire Camp

Ang’ata Tarangire Tented Camp offers an exceptional safari experience in the heart of Tarangire National Park, providing a perfect blend of comfort and adventure. This exclusive bush camp features 8 spacious guest tents, including a family unit with 2 tents, each designed for privacy and relaxation. Every guest tent is equipped with an en-suite bathroom featuring a shower, vanity desk, and flush toilets. You can choose from a king-size bed, twin beds, or triple beds, tailored to your preferences for a truly customized stay.

The camp’s lounge is an ideal space for socializing with fellow travelers, where you can share your safari experiences over a complimentary cup of Tanzanian coffee or tea. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served in the elegant dining tent, and private bush lunches can be enjoyed on the crater floor, freshly prepared by our skilled chefs daily. When the weather allows, the “Bush TV” (campfire) is lit, providing a unique and cozy atmosphere for evening relaxation.

Located just 5 km from the Silale Swamp Plains, where elephants gather in large herds, and overlooking the Tarangire River with breathtaking views towards Tarangire Hill, this camp offers unrivaled access to the park’s wildlife. Tarangire is renowned for its dense population of elephants, large concentrations of big cats, tree-climbing pythons, and elusive species such as the kudu and oryx. The camp is also conveniently located close to Kuro Airstrip (2 km) and Kudos Airstrip (1 km), allowing easy access for visitors.
